Cheri Holmes, 22 year Local 2 Member, Lt. FPB, twin sister of Theresa Winiecki, FPB-C passed away on October 20, 2025. Visitation and Service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Blake and Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street from 3:00pm – 8:00pm with a service at 7:00pm. At the family’s request there will be a walk-thru; muster at 5:30, with walk-thru at 6:00pm. Class A Uniform for Active and Civilian wear for Retirees.
