Real Estate Committee Update: June 2024
Dear Members,
I am pleased to inform you that the Real Estate Committee held its meeting on June 5, 2024. During this meeting, we reviewed the initial budget and discussed various aspects of the renovation project with our contractors and architect. We have identified key areas that need adjustments and are working diligently to address them.
Progress is being made, and we are confident that we are on the right track. We are collaborating closely with our general contractor, HVAC contractor, electrical contractor, and alarm contractor to ensure all aspects of the project are thoroughly examined and optimized for cost efficiency and compliance with code requirements.
I am also excited to announce that the garage cladding project is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 24. This marks a significant step forward in our overall renovation plan.
